Did not expect to order a breakfast taco the size of a dinner plate lol. So good an big. The barbacoa was good not greasy at all. Salsa on the eggs is on point.
This is as authentic as it gets! Want dinner for breakfast? No problem. Want guacamole without cilantro? No problem! And the store is a fantastic change from the regular souvenirs. Great food and atmosphere! All the
Food was good and did not take long to make and bring out to the table. Was a little bit pricey but compared to other food places at the island it is comparable. Will definitely be coming back. Also the atmosphere is great.
This food is high-quality homemade with lots of love and pride. The staff was lovely and helpful. We enjoyed shopping through their little store. It's a must try while on the island!!
These breakfast tacos are MASSIVE! The pricing seems so expensive until you get your tacos, then it all makes sense. My husband can easily put away 3-4 normal breakfast tacos. He ate one chorizo and potato taco then split an extra with me and said he was more than happy. I had bean and queso Mexicano and then we got an extra potato, bacon, and queso Mexicano to share. It was all absolutely delicious. We will certainly visit again next time we're on the island!
I was looking for tacos al pastor and El Chilango Taqueria did not disappoint. I was also able to try the tacos bistec which were delicious as well! This is a nice restaurant with an attached artisan market that has dine-in & take out.
I decided to try something new and got the sopes al pastor. It was delicious! The base, fried masa was perfect... crunchy on the outside, soft interior. Among all the flavor , there were little pieces of pineapple. I’d definitely get this again
We love the authentic Mexican food and eat here every winter. Really delicious. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it. We had quesa birria and the breakfast burritos are yummy. Share something! Huge portions. Cute gift shop too. Hand painted wares.
